Pools different from other pool builders?

Owner Built Custom Pools
allows you to contract directly with the licensed contractors, which will
result in a significant savings. However, you are not left to manage the
construction of your pool by yourself. Owner Built Custom Pools is a
licensed pool contractor who oversees and manages the entire construction
process.

What is the first step?

I will come to your home and
help your family design your pool. I will show you different features and
options you may want. After you have decided exactly what you want, I will
create the drawings and will obtain the engineering for submission for a
permit.

What is the next step?

After the permit is issued,
I will schedule the different contractors.

Will Owner Built Custom
Pools help us through the entire process?

Yes. I personally oversee
and manage the entire construction process, including layout, scheduling,
construction, and start up.

Does Owner Built Custom
Pools warranty the pool?
a.
Your pool will be
constructed by contractors licensed by the Arizona Registrar of
Contractors. Although most of the equipment has a longer warranty, each
contractor warranties its materials and workmanship for at least two (2)
years.

Does Owner Built Custom
Pools offer financing?
a.
Owner Built Custom Pools
does not offer financing. However, I can provide information on financing
sources that may enable you to obtain the financing you need.
